Vishnu Rajan Tejus is a highly motivated and accomplished software engineer with almost 5 years of relevant experience. He is currently working as a Software Engineer at Nooks, a virtual sales floor, where he is part of a team of students from Stanford and UoT. Vishnu is responsible for helping remote teams recreate the buzz of being in an office together. He works closely with managers to provide coaching on the spot, helping SDRs and BDRs make every conversation better than the last one. Vishnu is also working on how deep learning systems can reason. He is serving on the scientific program committee for MLCB (Machine Learning in Computational Biology) to help more people do cutting-edge research. His team at Carnegie Mellon and he were finalists in the $15M Global Learning XPRIZE competition. They built an Android app that teaches kids the 3 R's: reading, writing & arithmetic. Their app was used by hundreds of students in Tanzania, making a significant impact. In addition, Vishnu was fortunate to lead a team of 10 software engineers and Stanford interns. In just six months, they built a disaster management system with the amazing Flutter framework & Google Cloud. The city of Shreveport and local universities are using this to help their communities stay supported. Vishnu is a Software Engineering Team Lead at Pandemic Management System (team of Flutter engineers & Stanford students), where he led an amazing team of software engineers by creating extensive technical specs and product documentation based on project Objectives and Key Results (OKR). Vishnu has a strong educational background, having studied Computer Science at Stanford University and Educational Data Mining and Learning Analysis at Carnegie Mellon University. He has also completed undergraduate coursework in Computer Science at De Anza College and Engineering Design at the Hasso Plattner Institute of Design (d.school) at Stanford University. Vishnu has a certificate of achievement in Computer Science from MITx (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) and a certificate of accomplishment in Computer Science from Udacity. Vishnu's tech stack includes Software Engineering, ML, Flutter, Deep Learning, Research Scientist, and Android. He is a highly motivated individual with a passion for technology and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the world.
